These Cathe lower body workouts focus on toning and sculpting your legs and glutes and all your lower body muscles. Cathe's lower body workouts and style have been developed by her over the 40 years she has been teaching group fitness classes at her gym in New Jersey. Cathe uses wide a variety of proven training techniques in her various leg & glute home workouts, including contrast training, supersets, push-pull, muscle confusion, and progressive overload. But no matter which training method Cathe uses, the goal is to help you build and shape beautiful, lean, and strong leg & glute muscles.
