Cathe's Intensity Workout DVD Series
The Intensity Series consists of six workouts, 24 premises, and an optional compilation DVD called The Terminator with three really tough workouts with even scarier names, like The Viper, The Gauntlet, and Imax Extreme. The Terminator was made by taking compilations from our three Intensity Series DVDs and combining them in a new and unique way. This workout series contains a mix of cardio workouts, strength training, and toning routines, and core and muscle endurance workouts on three different DVDs:
