IMAX2 is a super-tough interval based step workout designed to burn body fat, break through fitness plateaus, and increase your overall aerobic capacity. You'll push your cardiovascular limits as you step, and jump your way through a mix of aerobic and anaerobic bursts. In this workout you'll run through a short step cardio combination six times and then follow it up with a high intensity interval blast! You'll follow this step cardio/ blast pattern for a total of ten heart pumping rounds! If you are ready to put your cardio endurance to the test, this workout is for you!

Cardio and Weights was designed to burn body fat while it tones and shapes your muscles. This circuit workout takes you through cycles of step aerobics cardio and compound total body weight training. In each round you'll complete a step cardio segment followed by a mini leg intensive blast to strengthen the lower body. You'll finish each round with a compound strength training exercise with upper body focus. After all of the cardio/strength rounds are complete you will finish this workout with a focus on your core before enjoying a hard-earned stretch!
