Boss Bands: Total Body
Time to put down your weights and grab your Boss Bands! This low impact total body workout DVD is a whole new challenge for your muscles and your mind! We all know that weights are great and they will always be a staple in our fitness lifestyle, but a well-rounded strength and endurance routine requires us to mix things up to challenge our muscles in different ways. The Cathe fabric Boss Bands (sold separately) will call on your muscles to perform in new ways from head to toe and will add a whole new dimension to your fitness routine! After a solid "working" warmup utilizing your light resistance Boss Band, you'll move through multiple compound strength segments that will challenge each muscle group with various resistance changes. You'll conclude with unique core-specific exercises followed by a well-earned cooldown and stretch. This at-home exercise DVD is also a great choice to grab on the go when you want a solid total body workout while traveling. This travel friendly lower body workout can easily fit into a suitcase and because it uses no other equipment aside from an easy to pack Boss Band, you can take it anywhere! The Boss Bands DVD includes 8 workout premixes to give you additional workout variety and workout length options. Though this fitness band workout is designed for intermediate and advanced exercisers, the various time options and the safety of using fabric Boss Bands instead of weights makes it a great choice for active beginner exercisers as well.
