You can now easily view DVD/Download chapters and Premix breakdowns in our free online Workout Manager. There are two ways you can do this:
#1 Click on the Calendar icon at the top of the WM. In your calendar click on any workout you have added to your calendar. Then click on the Show Chapters link in the right sidebar and all of the chapters will be shown for either your DVD or Premix you have selected.
#2 If you would like to see the chapter list for a DVD or Premix that you have not added to your calendar your first must click on the Calendar icon and then click on the add workout link in the upper right corner. Then on the page that loads select DVD from the dropdown and select the DVD you are interested in. The DVD chapters for the selected DVD will then appear on the right side of the page. To see a list of chapters for any premix for the same DVD just click on the premix you want in the next dropdown box. The chapters will appear on the right just under the DVD chapters. There are some cases where Premix chapters will not be shown for various reasons, but at least 95% of all premix chapter breakdowns are able to be viewed.
