Kick, Punch & Crunch is an intense cardio kickboxing routine that begins with an active warmup that gradually picks up in intensity as it moves into intermediate intensity cardio drills. Here your heart-rate will kick up a few notches to prepare you for high intensity cardio drills that follow. In the high intensity segment you'll be doing high-energy, cardio kickbox conditioning drills in an interval-style format of pushing hard, recovering briefly and pushing hard again. This part of the routine is sure to test your aerobic endurance! You'll be sweating and crushing calories, and the burn doesn't stop there! Right after high intensity drills you'll move into three kickboxing combinations that will test your stamina and your coordination. You'll round out the routine with focused core work and a relaxing stretch!

There is very little rest time between exercises to keep your metabolism revved up and running. Get in and go for an ultimate booty burn!
