Low Impact Step

This 40 minute, beginner to intermediate, low impact step routine is fun and easy to follow. This DVD should be your next purchase from us after you have mastered Cathe's Basic Step + Body Fusion DVD. You'll burn fat, calories, and shape your buns and thighs while doing intense low impact step choreography mixed with challenging low impact blasts. For best results, it is recommended that you do the workout three times per week as well as watch the routine first to become more familiar with the choreography. The workout is performed on an 6 inch platform, but any step height lower than 6 inches is fine as long as your heart rate remains in its training zone for the duration of the workout

Total Body Sculpting

This 30 minute, beginner to intermediate workout, shapes and tones your muscles while burning fat and calories. The workout features a stability ball and 3 pound hand weights. Be sure to increase your weight selection when the exercises become too easy. For best results, it is recommended that you do this total body workout two times per week.

Great intro into Cathe workouts May 7, 2012

In November 2011 I started out with this dvd and low impact step and right away started noticing the weight dropping without dieting.  Diet is a 4-letter word to me.  I'll try to portion control instead.  
I'm 47, 5/5 and was 135.  By January, 127.  Now I'm yo-yoing between 123 -125.  Basically for my body, the step has been the perfect exercise routine to get me back into shape, with also adding circuit training.  End of December I added Butts and Gutts and Athetlic training, and now have added several other dvds to my collection.

I had been doing Insanity for about 6 months and loved being able to accomplish it, but I only lost a few pounds but gained tremendous endurance, so that's when I decided to try something different and I'm hooked on Cathe.  Cathe's workouts have changed my body so much.

This was my first Cathe DVD and is a great place for people who are new to her style to learn. When I first got this it was very challenging to me; I now use the high stop and do power moves but I still love it, and I use this when I want an easier workout. I highly recommend this to those new to step - she explains all the moves well.

Great Step Workout!

This step routine is challenging, yet easy to catch on to. Cathye breaks down the choreography very well, and gives good cues for changing steps!!

You will love this workout DVD.  It takes a few times to master the workout for beginning steppers like myself.  It sure is fun, and you will really sweat.

This is a great workout to use if you are just starting with Cathe or if you need a lighter day. The sculpting portion is a nice, basic workout that you can easily pump up by using heavier weights. I love Cathe's step routines- this one is no exception. You won't be disappointed!
