Circuit Max
Cathe's Circuit Max DVD is a 60-minute workout based on the circuit training concept. This time-efficient workout consists of six cycles, each containing five minutes of cardiovascular conditioning, immediately followed by two minutes of muscular endurance training. This intense workout will help burn body fat and increase lean muscle mass. Not only that, but it's fun, full of variety, and will keep you motivated for workouts to come.
Cardio Kicks
This 60-minute workout contains a five-minute warm-up, then 45 minutes of Cathe's version of a kickbox workout which provides the flavor of kickbox through kicks and punches, but in a very fun and free-flowing format. Though some form and technique will be mentioned, it will not be the focus of this workout. It concludes with a 7-minute stretch.
