Cathe Friedrich's X10 workout DVD

X10 is a high intensity, cardio challenge DVD that features five short, unique cardio segments that each come in at under 30 minutes. This means that you can crush calories, burn fat, and increase your power and aerobic endurance without a huge time commitment! Feeling like you want more? No problem! Just do as many of the X10 workout segments as you want to get the length and intensity that you are looking for! This at-home exercise DVD also includes 12 additional premixes so that you can select from a variety of X10 workout combinations to fit the time, schedule, and intensity level you're looking for. It also means that as your fitness level improves, you have the option of selecting a longer premix so that you can continue to challenge your body in new ways. As you get stronger you may want to attempt the ultimate premix, X77, which includes all five of the X10 segments and comes in at just over 77 minutes! Now, that's a mega calorie crusher for sure!

Each of the five X10 segments features a different type of cardio to keep the routine fresh and exciting, as well as to challenge your muscles and endurance in different ways. In some of the segments you'll utilize fitness equipment such as weights or a step while in others you will need no equipment and can just press play and hop in. No matter which segment you choose you're sure to get sweaty, burn fat and calories, support your fitness or weight-loss goals, and have a fabulous time!

    With our new Triple Tracks Audio, we have added a third track of instrumental music. Thus, you will be able to listen to your X10 DVD in three different ways:
    • Vocals only (Cathe's voice only, no music)
    • Normal (Cathe's voice plus music with singer vocals)
    • Instrumental music (Cathe's voice plus instrumental music)

    Triple Tracks Audio lets you enjoy your Cathe DVDs in different ways. If you don't like sound-a-like, now you can play just the instrumental version. If you prefer to play your own music you can select the vocals only option. Though we can't please everyone's musical taste, Triple Tracks Audio is an industry first that should please the majority of workout enthusiasts.

    I am returning it but getting another of the same tape as it was defected. the fifth exercise kept stopping. I did all of the other ones and felt it was good but a little too fast. you have to know what is going to happen to be able to do it right away. a few times will help me not missing one or two of the first moves in the exercise.

    I have been a loyal Cathe fan for several years, I consider myself pretty fit- I do Cathe videos 6-7 days per week; I work but can always complete them; and I am at ideal body weight. I just got this video and tried to do all 5, 10min workouts- the full 72 min. Even after having a 3 day rest because I was away, I stopped after 3/5. Each 10 min is a all-out sprint! These are fun and I love that they are challenging and offer great versatility with varying workouts and times all on one DVD. I think this will definitely be one of my favorites!!!
