This multi-impact metabolic conditioning step workout never slows down! Throughout this exercise DVD you will move through different types of cardio and strength exercises to challenge your entire body in different ways. You'll begin with a solid and intense cardio step segment to get your heart-rate fired up and ready for the explosive step Tabata drills that follow. The Tabata segment mixes intense bursts of cardio with quick recoveries to burn fat and calories in a short amount of time. But the calorie burn doest stop there! Right behind the Tabata segment you'll move into a 30/20 HiiT segment. Here you'll perform rounds of 30 seconds of intense exercise followed by 20 seconds of rest. This high intensity interval training segment includes exercises both on and off the step for ultimate challenge and maximum calorie burn. That's not al! You still have a compound strength leg segment to target the legs and butt and a core segment with upper body focus to tone and tighten the midsection and arms!
