  • Boot Camp: ultra-challenging athletic drills designed to enhance cardio capacity, agility, and coordination followed by heavy weight training for Triceps and Biceps
  • Kickbox: easy to-follow, athletic-based kickboxing cardio followed by intense leg and core weight training
