Finally,exercise the way it was MEANT TO BE. I am 48 years old & workout to mostly Cathe. Lately, her workouts have just been exhausting. I desperately wished she would make an intermediate workout so I could have a break! Answer to my prayers. I bought the entire series & have done the kickbox & chiseled upper body so far. Didn't care for either. This one changes everything & is unlike any workout I have ever done. It flows beautifully, works your entire body at all times, keeps the heart rate up & the sweat pouring yet you're not so exhausted that you can't even feel what you're doing because you're just trying to stay alive which is the feeling I get with her other workouts. With this, I was working hard, felt it every minute, was challenged, could make it harder or easier, and could feel every single thing I was doing the whole time. Topped off with her icy core bonus, I got an hour of exercise the way God intended. Good job Cathe. Want some more like this.

I love MTB -Metabolic Total Body.I have been working out Cathe for a long time and ICE is the first series I was hesitant to pre-order cause I wasn't sure to get the usual Cathe intensity. Well I am glad I added ICE to my collection cause I would have regretted if I didn't.MTB is versatile and the intensity element comes from coumpound combos. The usual cathe creativity resulted in great combo. There is quadruple combo of squat/bicepcurl/press and triceps extension. This came in while I was not expecting it.A nice surprise. As always combos were sequenced to meet a seamless flow throughout the entire workout. Cathe delivered again.

I like the entire workout but I love the Blizzard Blast and the Shoulders part.  I love metabolic training in all forms so this is no surprise.    I am particularly loving the all the muscle meltdowns.  3 Giant sets!

This has got to be one of my favorite Cathe workouts. It gives such a thorough workout and by adjusting the weights to my level/ability I feel that I get a great yet doable cardio and strength session. It's complete and time efficient and the premixes offer so many options. Cathe is as lovely and personable as always, the camera angles are perfect and the music is just great.Just can't find one negative.

I'm loving every workout in the ICE series, so far, but this one is my new favorite. Completed this one this morning.
Love the variety of moves.  It is definitely a total body workout.  When picking up the 5 lb dumbbells for certain moves, thinking it should be heavier, you'll soon learn the 5 lbs was the correct weight!
