What is the ICE series? ICE, which stands for Intermediate Conditioning Extreme, is my new comprehensive intermediate series that will provide everything you've asked for and more. In fact by the time you finish reading about this series you will have no doubt that ICE is the new fiyah!

So many of our Cathletes have requested an intermediate series and ICE is 100% that plus so much more!!! How so? Well for starters we will have a modifier in our cast clearly visible throughout each workout. We will also offer so many "cool" options/extras in the ICE series that are not only desirable to the intermediate exerciser, but to all levels of fitness. Get ready for chilling new solid intermediate cardio workouts that offer additional "Blizzard Blast" intensity options for those intermediate exercisers who want to push their workouts to the next level. Rock'm Sock'm Kickbox

This workout packs a punch! Cardio-based punching and kicking drills along with fun new kickbox blasts are sure to keep you sweating throughout this supercharged workout! This DVD includes Muscle Meltdown Triceps as well as a Blizzard Blast option and an Icy Core add-on.

Boot Camp Circuit

As I've always said, "You can do anything for a minute!" This boot camp circuit workout proves it once again. A Masterpiece! Very High Intermediate series! January 4, 2018

This is my all time favorite Cathe series.  It is both intermediate but also advanced.  Don't let the word intermediate fool you!  This series is for  advanced exercisers too!   If you are an advanced level there is plenty of ways and extras to keep you interested and challenged.  I have done almost every workout Cathe has done (even back to her original Step n' Motion) and this series is my favorite of any!  

I am so ready for another Low Impact/Ice series!  I hope Cathe considers a follow up series to ICE again!

I'm a very big X Train worker outer
I love that type of intensity so threw extensive Research I made a good solid  solid choice with ice
its so cool cause I can combine a bit of both work outs the routine in ice fascinated me

Fun even at 5am! January 27, 2016

I have been doing Cathe's more intense workouts for many years.  I wasn't sure I wanted to try an intermediate workout but I had been feeling very fatigued and having quite a bit of muscle soreness for the last couple of months so I decided to try it.  This is less intense then Ripped with Hiit but still a great workout.  In the same way you can modify to make it easier you can easily modify to make it more intense using heavier weights and jumping and lifting wherever possible.  Most of all this workout is TOTALLY FUN!  No dread factor at all makes it easy for me to get out of bed at 5am to work out.  I did it through 3 weeks in a row and am back doing a week of Ripped with Hiit. I'm feeling great and looking forward to doing ICE again next week.

Love this series! Refreshing and fun! So far I have done all except the mat workout.  I have loved them all so far......I am and advanced exerciser for many years and believe me I still puff and feel the burn.   This incorporates a doable workout without the dread factor.  Also I love the Muscle Meltdown options that allow you to do a different body part with weights with each workout dvd.  Plus you can go as heavy or as light as your strength and energy allows. Love the music and I think the series is Brilliant!  Blizzard Blast Add on to boot!  Way to go Cathe!!

Being an avid fan of Cathe's more aggressive and challenging workouts for almost 9 years, I've found these workouts super fun for new workouts, high quality production and instruction, but they're definitely for the intermediate exerciser, not challenging enough for me personally. I like some of the new moves though!
