I brought the Power Hour DVD for strength training days. I have been using Cathe's workouts since 2004 and have transformed my body every time with her. I recorded this workout from Fit TV but with the commercials did not receive the full workout. So, I finally brought it for the full DVD workout because I am finally trying to lose 35 pounds, I gained covid lockdowns. And wow this DVD is a must-have for strength and muscle endurance! It is a hard workout. If you love a challenge, especially in the legs, this DVD will do it! It is an old favorite of mine and glad to reunite with it in its fullness. 10 stars in my book, total body strength workout! Stay with it and results are for sure! I have other workout DVDs from her as well and they all are 5 stars as well. But the review is about this one lol. Thanks Cathe!

I purchased this DVD, as well as a few others, because I am older and still wanted a great workout but needed something that had a slower pace. I have a ton of Cathe's DVDs and love the upbeat energy, cueing, ways to modify, detailed instructions, encouragement that they all have. Highly recommend.

All 3 workouts are pretty hard and I will have to practice them and get stronger .. however, I’ve ordered several cathe workouts and was expecting them to be challenging! I’m having a little trouble figuring out how to use the premixes but when I do, I’ll get a lot of use from this 1 DVD. 👍

I recently discovered Cathe's older total body workouts are a wonderful complement to her newer weight workouts. I stayed away from the older ones for years, thinking they were too old-school for my taste but I was wrong. They have aged gracefully and are tough, effective, motivating, fun, and add welcome variety to her newer workouts which are always a breath of fresh air in my workout routine.
Other older Cathe DVDs that I highly recommend are High Step Challenge, Muscle Endurance, and Muscle Max. They are tough and fun! What more could you want in a workout!
