MMA Boxing workout DVD is a 49 minute cardio boxing exercise program with a touch of MMA thrown in to give your workout a new twist. While any fighter would definitely be challenged by this intense and thorough program, MMA Boxing focuses on getting the fitness enthusiast in the best shape possible "outside of the ring."

In this workout you'll do a warm up followed by a series of boxing exercise combinations. After each combination you'll do sports-specific boxing workout drills to increase your stamina and improve your speed and coordination.

MMA Boxing concludes with core conditioning exercise drills and a stretch.

Boxing is by far one of the most intense total body conditioning workouts out there. It is guaranteed to get your heart pumping, your muscles moving and those calories burning!

I love this video. So much fun and variety with the boxing and conditioning drills. Great cardio workout as well. This will be one of my "go to" workouts for boxing and conditioning.

I'm not sure why I waited so long to do this workout. I love almost all of Cathe's kickbox workouts, but sometimes they seem to drag on forever (Kick Max, I'm looking at you!). This isn't kickboxing, but very similar to the drills I do with Krav Maga. Not insanely difficult, but I still had my HR in the higher end of my aerobic training zone. Loved the 'jumprope' drills! Definitely a good companion for all the other Shock Cardio series and a total win. If you haven't tried it, you might be pleasantly surprised.

I was disappointed because I love kicboxing and this workout doesn't have jump kicks. Other than that it was a fun workout that went by fast.

I put this on par with the Kickbox workout, they are both so much fun, the music rocks and is a perfect workout after lifting weights. Easy to follow, but a great calorie burner!
