I'm not sure why I waited so long to do this workout. I love almost all of Cathe's kickbox workouts, but sometimes they seem to drag on forever (Kick Max, I'm looking at you!). This isn't kickboxing, but very similar to the drills I do with Krav Maga. Not insanely difficult, but I still had my HR in the higher end of my aerobic training zone. Loved the 'jumprope' drills! Definitely a good companion for all the other Shock Cardio series and a total win. If you haven't tried it, you might be pleasantly surprised.
