This was an extremely challenging workout, I was winded before I completed the first circuit, but it does exactly what it promises, it burns!!! I loved it and hated it but felt so good after it was over. The dragging pushups were difficult but the burpee pushups I loved! I could feel my muscles for days after. Definitely worth the money, great challenge, great workout!

Hard one for intermediate exerciser |

I am 3/4 of the way through and very tired after stopping twice already. Just getting back into running again and this workout was a killer. Well I will stop stalling now and get back to finishing the routine. maybe this one will get easier as I try it out more.

I've purhcaed a couple of Cathe's new Low Impact Series DVDs, but this was my first and all I can saw is....WOW, it is TOUGH! It took me several times to get through it and I couldn't do the burpees AT ALL at first, but after doing it more and more, I'm finding I am able to do all of them! This DVD is a killer if you're looking to get out of a workout rut like I was! It will have you dripping and sore the next day....in a good way! If the rest in this series are this good, I will definitely be purchasing more, if not ALL of them!

This earns it's name! Pros: I love moves that combine cardio with weights. I was sore in places I never get sore - so I KNOW it's a good addition to my collection. Lots of new moves here! MUCH use of the gliders....which leads to...Cons: Some of the glider moves are awkward for me - especially jumping jacks on them, doesn't feel safe (for me). This is a TOUGH workout - the mountin climbers & spiderman moves on the floor will take getting used to. This is a GREAT workout - but I don't love it as a 'fun' one. Knocked off one star for the music, like the others in this series, it's awful.

Oh my goodness this workout it's so crazy - crazy good and much fun. I loved it. Cathe kicked my butt with this one. When I was done I couldn't even think straight :-)
