The XTRAIN Exercise DVD Workouts:

Cardio Leg Blast is super charged with both cardio and strength exercises that build lean muscle mass and burn body fat like an incinerator. It consists of traditional weighted exercises followed by plyometric exercises to develop power and explosive strength as well as tight and toned legs. The key to this workout is finding a
moderately challenging weight for each of the strength exercises (versus a super heavy weight) so that your legs have the proper recovery time and ability to jump right into the next plyometric drill that follows it. Not as bad as I thought March 27, 2013

I'm actually happy I gave this a chance. Honestly, I've always avoided plyometrics- not that I have bad knees, but I just don't enjoy jumping around too much. However, this really wasn't bad at all- and you can still modify it to where it's still challenging anyway...in case you want to avoid jumping.

Challenging Routine February 26, 2013

This is a very challenging, yet very effective, workout. After previewing the dvd, I saved it for a Saturday morning--so glad I did. The leg blasts kept my heart rate up, although there were moments when I had to push through (Cathe is very encouraging). This dvd will definitely be a regular routine in my workout schedule.

Great cardio/leg workout January 20, 2013

I feel great after doing this workout. When you watch it, you think "3 risers, no way", but you can. Cathe keeps you motivated and before you know it, you have completed this awesome workout. The cardio is just challenging enough so you can make it through the entire workout. Great premixes!!

I am practically in LOVE with Xtrain's Cardio LegBlast!
Very challenging but not super-duper intense. The workout moves quickly and is fun; there's not a lot of repetition, not a ton of jumping and the bit that is there can easily be modified.
The music is great, the exercises are great, the entire routine put together perfectly!
The Challenges at the end are the perfect finishers to this workout... scarecrow and hip thrusts - fantastic!
One of my new favorites!
