Cathe's step workouts are a deal breaker for me.They are sooo hard for me to learn. The only step workout of hers that I can do is the ones that are in like her New Xtrain workout Tabatacise, and also her Cardio Supersets,To the Max,the ones where you are not doing over facing over, off the side with figure 8's,off the back into cha chas, then she goes all the way around the step oh my goodness.I wish she would do step workouts that are little easier.I have had to pass up her step workouts because they are hard to learn. Then, sometimes she cues as she is going into the move, that makes it harder to learn.I love Cathe, don't get me wrong,I do have several of her workouts.Just the step is what gets me.

I have several Cathe DVDs but this is the one has become my favorite! I work full-time and have two very young children, so I don't have much time (maybe an hour a day) to workout. The workouts on this DVD are the perfect length and cover everything I want in a workout. Since putting them into my weekly regime (I run every other day and to one the workouts on this DVD on the other day) I have toned up and lost 3lbs when I was not even trying to lose weight. I absolutely LOVE this DVD! Thanks, Cathe!

I work 10+ hour days. I find that this is a great workout to do when I get home. Good cardio workout. I often add extra weight work, but this has a good mix. My only wishes: (1) more cardio options that aren't step (2) some gym-style weight work (3) MORE TIMESAVER DVDs!

I have probably 100 workout dvds, however, I constantly reach for this workout. The only problem I have with it is which one should I do. My time in the morning is limited, so I usually have time to do 2 of them. They are all great. I don't have a barbell, so just substitute dumbells which works fine.

I'm fairly new to Cathe's workouts, and have been doing some of the HardCore series over the past couple of weeks. This week I'm very busy, and this timesaver DVD has been perfect! I get in some cardio, some weights, and all in under 45 minutes. Lot of the DVDs have premixes, but this DVD in particular is exactly what I needed for this hectic time.
