For years I have been looking for this exact work out. I first tried it on FitTV a few years ago, and Loved it... then FitTV removed it from their scheduled programming, leaving me very sad! I came here shortly after looking for it, and I couldnt find it... Suddenly I thought I'd get somethign similar from Cathe's collection... and to my surprise there it was! I got it, and I again I remembered WHY I LOVED IT SO MUCH! This is a great work out, and if you feel its too easy, like I did, you can simply up the weights. I love this woman!... she's real, and doesnt make working out boring like many other instructors

BASIC FOR INCREASING STRENGTH GAINS

Cathe's Slow & Heavy Series is perfect for increasing strength gains. I was able to move the bar on my weight selections after doing this workout. Love the slow and steady count as you lift the weight for each exercise. Cathe even keeps the slow count on exercises like push ups. Another terrific workout.

great strength training workout

Excellent and underrated! I love the slow pace of this workout. It helps me focus on my form. With some other strength training dvd's, the transition between each exercise is very fast. This workout slows the process down and breaks me out of my weight bearing plateau. Thanks, Cathe!

I must say that this DVD is awesome. When you are in a rut this DVD is refreshing. My triceps are toning up all ready after 2 weeks! I have used all kinds of videos but Cathe is simply the best and not boring! I keep buying more and more. I am not an avid cardio person being in my 40's so this video is just perfect for my lifestyle. After just half of the video you feel it! Bravo Cathe!
