For me Cathe workouts I either love or don't at all. This one is a real keeper! Lots of fun and makes you work. Nice lower body work too.

This by far one of my favorite workouts. It is so much fun, but do not mistake fun with easy. This workout is a tough one and it is great! Once you get to the blasts you will be gasping for air and sweating! I purchased the download and wish I purchased the dvd so I had premixes put together for me. I definitely recommend this workout if you want to have fun, challenge yourself, and sweat.

I just tried this workout yesterday, and Cathe was right you will feel it the next day. I did the whole 74 minute workout and loved it all. I love kick boxing and I love this workout, can't wait to try it again.

I love this workout! It's a great way to break up your workouts. I like this kind of cardio, which I alternate with other Cathe videos, like Muscle Endurance.

This video is a great if you are in need of a good workout, especially the blasts. The ending is a bit difficult for beginners, but it is easily adjustable to your needs.
