Cathe Friedrich's Terminator DVD Contains Three Advanced Workouts on One DVD:
The Terminator workout DVD was made by taking compilations from our three Intensity Series DVDs and combining them in a new and unique way. We call these new workouts The Gauntlet, Imax Xtreme & The Viper. As you might guess from the names, these workouts are designed to challenge even an advanced exerciser.
The Gauntlet Workout
The Gauntlet was made by combining one Imax 2 interval + one Boot Camp lower body + one Cardio & Weights compound weights + one Boot Camp upper body + one Boot Camp cardio. Then repeat this pattern 7 times doing different exercises each time.
The Viper Workout
The Viper was made by combining one cardio section from Cardio & Weights + one Imax 2 interval + two or three Muscle Endurance upper body heavy weights. Then repeat this pattern 4 times doing different exercises each time.
Imax Xtreme Workout
Imax Xtreme was made by combining cardio and compound weights from Cardio & Weights followed by two Imax 2 Intervals in a row. This pattern is repeated four times.
