I've had this dvd now for about 1 month and I find myself reaching for it the most for a total weight workout. Don't let Cathe's lighter weight selection fool you. All of her partial reps really add up. I feel great after. I esp. love the disk work for the legs and the abs are short but effective!! Thanks Cathe for this great dvd.

I received this workout in the mail a day ago. It is my favorite strength training video now. It is very well sequenced. Cathe gives you time to get the equipment. My muscles were thoroughly worked to fatigue. The back segment is amazing. I loved doing the one arm rows with the band and weight-it got deep into my back muscles. I also really loved the sliding lunges!! They are a killer! Even without the weights they will work your legs. I could not even do all the reps and a paper plate works great. Cathe just keeps on getting better even though all her workouts are wonderful!!!
