Very effective workouts!

I've been loving these workouts. With the boot camp workout I feel I get a great workout, but I'm not worn out afterwards. I believe easier than hardcore extreme if you're comparing intensity, but the core work, to me, is well worth doing this workout over and over. Between the kickbox kicks and the core, I've had great results in tummy, back and hip area. With the weight segments, I'll rewind to do extra squats/back/biceps just to give myself an extra push.
With muscle endurance I've been doing the lower body premix mostly but first I do athletic training lower body and then muscle endurance lower body. Awesome workout. Within 7 to 8 eight hours, it'll be a little harder to walk around. I just did the upper body premix this week, and I felt that I got a great upper body workout.

Love Every Minute!

Both of these workouts are top-notch (as are all Cathe's DVDs). I was a little nervous about the Bootcamp workout. I thought I was going to be in trouble. But even though it's tough, it is so much fun the time flies by. I have several bootcamp DVDs, but Cathe's is the best as far as I'm concerned.
BTW, muscle endurance is also first rate. I really felt the DOMS next day. It's a great rotation to add to other Cathe weight workouts.

I love boot camp. It incinerates calories. If you like a challenging, fast-paced, don't know if you can finish it type workout, this is awesome.

This is my ultimate favorite! The one minute intervals were a brilliant idea! This workout goes by so fast! Intense! We need more like this!
