Hardcore Extreme workout DVD consists of three intense workouts each averaging approximately 70 minutes in length. These workouts are a compilation of the following four DVD exercise workouts from the Hard Core Series: Imax 3, Low Max, Kick Max, and High Step Challenge. Workout #1 combines interval training with circuit training. Workout #2 combines high impact and low impact intervals. Workout #3 combines interval training with high impact conditioning drills as well as leg conditioning drills.

I downloaded the High/Low Extreme and did it tonight. LOVE IT! Great programming. This will definitely be in my rotation often. Had a ton of fun and the time flew by. I could not believe the workout lasts as long as it does because it felt great. Hard work, but a lot fun. Excellent use of Low Max as recovery.

These workouts are awesome but make no mistake....they are tough!!!  A true Cathe challenge.  Don't be like me and think that just because you have the wkouts on the dvd you'll be able to do these compilations no problem!!! They move fast, you will sweat and you'll feel an incredible accomplishment when you're done.  The hi/lo was tricky because the step has 2 risers, then 4 risers.  I kept it at 4 for the whole thing.....whew!!!  This dvd is worth every penny.  Leave it to Cathe to keep upping the game!  I love these and if you're a true Cathlete....you will love them too.

Cathe didn't name this DVD Hardcore Extreme for nothing.  She pulled out the best and hardest blasts from 3 different DVDs and combined them in 1 workout (total of 3 hardcore extreme workouts in the DVD).  It is very challenging.  I definitely felt accomplished when I finished.  This DVD is highly recommended if you are up for the challenge.

These workouts are great, definitely hardcore cardio!  Lots of impact so it  can be a little tough on any sensitive lower body joints.  I feel so accomplished after pushing myself to finish any one of the 70 minute sessions.  Great choreography of course keeps you from getting bored and takes your mind off the fact that you are about to keel over!

This dvd has much to offer. I really enjoy this dvd. There are 3 compilations of different levels of intensity. They are all challenging and really push you.  I would recommend it to all advanced exercisers for the ultimate Cathe workout experience. Very enjoyable if you really like a good sweat.
