The quickest and best way to reach us is always by e-mail. If you receive a defective DVD, have a question or need any kind of help, e-mail us at email@example.com. Our ticketing system will send you an automatic response to let you know we received your support question. A customer service representative will normally get back to you within 48 hours, except on weekends and holidays.
We can only replace defective DVDs that were purchased directly from us. If you purchased one of our DVDs from a store or a distributor please contact them for a DVD replacement.
Since our product can easily be duplicated we do not accept returns and all sales are final. However, we will replace any defective DVD, at no cost to you, for up to 90 days from the date of purchase. DVDs are guaranteed for life for the original purchaser if purchased directly from us. No replacements will made for DVDs unless they were purchased directly from us.
Most DVDs usually ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order being placed. You may cancel any order up and until the time it ships. After your DVD order ships all sales are final and returns are not allowed.
