About X10 DVD

Short High intensity cardio segments that when combined with the warm up and cool down will give you five calorie crushing workouts that can each be done in less than 30 minutes. Feeling like you want more? No problem! Just do as many (or all) of the five X10 workouts that you desire. It's that easy....or is it, wink?!?! the five X10 workouts are as follows:

Each workout includes;

Warm up - 7:55

The twelve X10 premixes range from about 36 1/2 mins to slightly over 77 mins. This means you can select a variety of X10 workouts to fit the time, schedule and intensity level you're looking for. It also means that as your fitness level improves, you have the option of selecting a longer premix so that you can continue to challenge your body in new ways.

Though the X10 video clip shown below is one continuous clip, keep in mind that X10 is really five 25 to 29 minute workouts, and has 12 premixed workouts that offer an incredible amount of different intensity workout options and times.

With our new Triple Tracks Audio we have added a third track of instrumental music . Thus, you will be able to listen to your X10 DVD in three different ways:

Vocals only (cathes voice only, no music)
Normal (Cathes voice plus music with singer vocals)
Instrumental music (Cathes voice plus instrumental music)

Triple Tracks Audio lets you enjoy your Cathe DVDs in different ways. If you dont like sound-a-like, now you can play just the instrumental version. If you prefer to play your own music you can select the vocals only option. Though we cant please everyones musical taste, Triple Tracks Audio is an industry first that should please the majority of workout enthusiast.

Versatile and truly challenging! September 20, 2015

I have been a loyal Cathe fan for several years, I consider myself pretty fit- I do Cathe videos 6-7 days per week; I work but can always complete them; and I am at ideal body weight.  I just got this video and tried to do all 5, 10min workouts- the full 72 min.  Even after having a 3 day rest because I was away, I stopped after 3/5.  Each 10 min is a all-out sprint!  These are fun and I love that they are challenging and offer great versatility with varying workouts and times all on one DVD.  I think this will definitely be one of my favorites!!!

This has to be one of Cathe's hardest workouts yet! I went all in and tried the X77 first and it will leave you breathless! Cathe always pushes me to new heights and this workout is no exception. If you are looking for a great intense workout X10 is what you have been waiting for. Thank you Cathe!!

I have many Cathe dvds but this has to be one of my favorites. The music is excellent and the workout has me catching my breath. Some of the higher intensity workouts I have to modify because I have bad knees but the low intensity ones are just perfect. Would love to have a bonus core workout but that's ok, I just put in another dvd when I'm done with this workout. Thanks Cathe, your awesome!!

"You can do ANYTHING for 10 Minutes..." January 21, 2014

Ha-Ha-Ha!!! First, a warning: whenever Cathe (or any instructor, really) says "You can do ANYTHING for X minutes" - BEWARE.  Because whatever "x" equals in terms of time, you can be sure they will be the most INTENSE minutes of your life! This workout simply kicks your butt, X10!  I have tried several of the pre-mixes so far, and have loved the variety this format provides.  There's something in here for everyone, and just when you think you can't go anymore... you're moving on to the next 10 minute adventure.  Workouts like these are why I have no patience for stationery cardio machines.  Great job on this workout, Team Cathe!
