This workout is great - it gives you all the squats, lunges (friendly) and deadlifts you want. Great calf workout, then the floorwork is killer, but you KNOW it's going to be effective - so keep squeezing those thighs, glutes and hamstrings! Don't hesitate to buy this and the other GS workouts.

I don't know about you guys but is Cathe really human (smile)? This workout DVD was off the chain...my calves hurt for a week and a half...I have never experienced so much pain after a workout until this one...I loved it and recommend it to anyone that can stand the pain..I do all of Cathe workouts from the begining to the end - don't be a punk and mix and match.....be strong and work it out!!!!

Works my legs hard! |

I have used this a few times now and absolutely love it! It works my legs from every which way and has them shaking by the end. I am very happy with the purchase. Cathe is really amazing!

The Band Worked Great! |

I, too, enjoyed this workout and how fast it went by. But what I loved the most was the use of the band, especially for inner and outer thighs. That was something I had not seen before. Wow! Thanks, Cathe!

Gym Style Legs is INCREDIBLE! |

I received my Gym Style workouts in the mail yesterday and it happened to be leg day so I anxiously popped this dvd into my player. Unbelievably awesome! I just loved the way the band worked on the leg presses and outer thigh floorwork. This is an absolute must have if you, like me, loved the pure strength series and just needed a little change up in your routine. This workout was FUN! and although I was definitely feeling the burn of these exercises, especially with the tempo changes (whew- calf raises- my goodness!), I was laughing along with Cathe because she is so darn motivating! THANK YOU FOR MAKING THIS MY NEW FAVORITE WORKOUT!
