I put this on par with the Kickbox workout, they are both so much fun, the music rocks and is a perfect workout after lifting weights. Easy to follow, but a great calorie burner!

This is a great workout with a do-able pace. The leg drills and core work really ramped this workout up a notch. Cathe, as usual, is very easy to follow. The time passed quickly as this was a very fun workout.

I love this workout because it targets the arms and waist. Coordination is a plus in this workout. The music is fun.

Better than I thought...

Liked the upper body workouts & drills. Core workout at the end really worked out my abs. Kick, Punch & Crunch is my absolute favorite cardio workout, but I really like this as well. Need variety in my workouts so I will also order MMA Kickbox.

After the warmup, I did this entire workout on my Needak rebounder. I absolutely love this video as I got an excellent workout. Kick,Punch and Crunch is my favorite cardio workout by Cathe but this is next. It is high energy all the way through. The guys in the background aren't hard on the eyes either :). I am putting in her MMA kickboxing next.
