I really like this yoga routine. Afterwards I feel relaxed, invigorated, and nicely stretched. The music is very pleasant and Cathe's voiceover is very pleasant throughout, with very good instructions. I have about 10 yoga DVDs and will be getting this into my regular rotations. I also do a lot of weight training, kickboxing etc. by Cathe and others. I find that yoga routines like this remind me that my strength in many areas is not being addressed with standard weight training, and yoga hits many other spots. Also I really like the balance and flexibility aspects; can't beat it. This ia great routine and I'll be doing it again and again. BTW, if you have wrist issues (which I do too) just sub in dolphin pose for the downward dogs and modify other poses in a similar manner.

I was waiting for this! I'm not a yoga regular but wanted a good stretching workout for they days after a long rung. There are many challenging (for me) poses here, relaxing, but I really felt it the next day!

This yoga has from the basic to the more difficult poses. The balance poses are quit hard, which I like. Cathe never disappoint. She's the best in what she does.

This is a great yoga workout. Cathe starts off a little easier to prepare you for whats to come. I love the deeper poses and the faster pase. The balance poses are very challenging, will have to work at those.
