After taking time off from working out I was worried about diving head first into a new series, but I love it. The tri-set workouts are great. I love the workout and I love the premixes. The lower body workout challenges me each time I do it. Fantastic for the backside. I use the vocals only option when I have the time and listen to my own music from my iPod. Either way it is a great workout!!! You have to love those Dixie cups!!!!

AMAZING WORKOUT! I have been trying to get the motivation and desire to get back ito strength training, my once favorite almost sole form of exercise, now for almost 18-24 months. This workout is the best of functional fitness meets Cathe's high standards. I love the lower body work, the gliding discs, and use of stability ball- which I wish Cathe would use in strength workouts more often now! It has awesome premixes, is time and "new-mommy" friendly and has motivated me to get back on that strength training bandwagon. I cannot wait to try more newer workouts!

My New Favorite Strength Workout

I did this workout for the first time this morning and I loved it! There are many new moves as well as more familiar exercises with a new twist to them. I did the Total body premix and definately felt like every muscle group was worked thoroughly.
I am a long time Cathelete (since 2002), who has taken a break for the past 4 years, so the Low Impact series is perfect for me to work up to the higher impact Cathe workouts that I already have.
Thanks for another great DVD Cathe!

I like this dvd the most and use it quite often. The only excersise I can't do is standing on one leg and alternate putting the weight down. I found after doing that excersise for a month it put huge strain and pain in my knees. I went to the doct. and she told me to not do that excersise anymore. Now I just ommit that one and my knees are fine now. Must be my age, I'm 40 now!!I gave the review one less star because I thought the music was awful. I like more upbeat dance music to work out to, not the guitar rock music.

This is my new favorite strength training workout (and I love just about all of them). I love all the exercises in this workout, every single one, and I love the format and concept - it's unique. My muscles were shaking! There is a fantastic modification for one of the exercises if you can't do dive-bomber pushups. Love this workout! Thank you Cathe!
