How cow! This DVD is my first experience with the STS series. I'm in love (and pain!)! I've always used Muscle Max as my go-to total body weight workout. This is replacing it for sure! I just did the 51min premix, and was sore before I even went upstairs to shower! I've never experienced that before! Here I am 2 days later and still have serious DOMS. Highly recommend this one to anyone that needs to kick up their weight routine! Cathe has outdone herself again!

I do believe this is my new favorite total body strength workout! Really incredible... I love the combination of exercises Cathe selected, and the Tri-sets really burn you out!! PLUS, I love the rep pattern, 16 reps for the first set and 12 reps for the second. It is fast paced and truly keeps you moving and sweating! If you are looking for a total body workout you MUST try this.

Holy cow! This is a great workout. It definitely replaces Muscle Max as my new favorite total body strength workout. I usually can do Muscle Max with some pretty heavy weight, and I'm not usually sore the next day. I know that means I needed to switch things up and this video surely did it for me. I was sore for two days straight after this one! Just awesome! Even my hubby likes this one. I don't have a sliding disk, so instead of using a paper plate, I decided to just do one-legged squats for that section. No biggie. Also, I don't have the turbo tower, but found that it was not necessary (nor is a pull-up bar necessary). One little complaint: there is not much of an abs section, so make sure you really focus and hit it hard, because it is short. You may want to add Core Max or some other favorite ab workout on the end. But that is only a minor flaw, the rest of this rocks!!
