These workouts are amazing, love both of them equally. I do not like doing leg workouts and the Lower Body DVD is awesome, I enjoyed using a barbell. I was sore for 3 days after these workouts, I highly recommend them.

Both the upper and lower body workouts are awesome. Definitely challenging no matter what your level of fitness is. I'm actually sore from these workouts as I type this!

I just love the pyramid concept. Since I prefer heavier weights with fewer reps this is perfect for me. And the premixes rock! I love that Cathe's is adding this concept into more of the videos!

I did Pyramid Upper Body for the first time today. Wow. I felt that all of my upper body was extremely worked, even when I started with a lighter weight. It was easy to switch from light to heavy weights, up and down the pyramid, and I really, really felt my muscles working. The core work with the ball was so tough that I could not complete it, but I will keep trying! I will turn to this DVD any time I want a really solid upper body workout. Thanks, Cathe!

Great, thorough workout for both upper and lower body. The premixes and upper/lower combo allow for some flexibility on days when you don't have quite as much time. After doing either upper or lower I feel like I have hit all the important muscles I need to work in those areas. I really enjoy the pyramid style as it was new for me and changes up my routine. This workout also broke a plateau for me and took me to the next level - I had been doing full body weight routines for months - changing to this two day split made a big difference in my strength. Highly recommend!
