Pyramid Upper Body Workout DVD:
Designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt the upper body, this upper body workout focuses on the full pyramid system as well as super sets to maximize your exercise potential. As an added bonus, a mix of traditional and non-traditional ab and core work is included with the stability ball to promote better posture and help decrease common back pain associated with poor posture.

Pyramid Upper Body Format: warm-up (3 1/2 min.), upper body weight training (41 min.), Stability Ball (8-min.), Stretch (4 min.) Total = 56 1/2 min.

Pyramid Lower Body Workout DVD:
Designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt your legs, this lower body weight training program focuses on the full pyramid system as well as super sets to maximize your potential. As an added bonus, the workout is divided into two parts (standing work and floorwork) which conveniently lends itself to be done on different days if preferred. Also, the floorwork will incorporate the use of a stability ball and ankle weights to uniquely challenge your muscles in new ways.

Pyramid Lower Body Format: warm-up (4 1/2 min.), lower body weight training (28 min.), Stability Ball- Legs & Glutes (13 min.), Stretch (4 min.) Total = 49 1/2 min

YIKES! I love it! March 3, 2014

I am not advanced by any stretch of the imagination, so my weights are not heavy yet.  But OH MY GOODNESS - this is a hard workout even with light weights.  

I tend to have a strong lower body, but this workout left me shaking and sore for days.  The upper body, my weaker part, did really well with the pyramid system - but I am also sore, sore sore.

Abs - ugh - I have no strength in the abs.  I don't have a ball yet, so I did them on the floor.  Barely . . . how does someone work up to doing these exercises????

This is a phenomenal heavy weight workout. I couldn't get out of bed the next day. It really pushed me to take my strength training routine to the next level. I loved the pyramid style sets. Another great Cathe workout.

These workouts are amazing, love both of them equally. I do not like doing leg workouts and the Lower Body DVD is awesome, I enjoyed using a barbell. I was sore for 3 days after these workouts, I highly recommend them.

Both the upper and lower body workouts are awesome. Definitely challenging no matter what your level of fitness is. I'm actually sore from these workouts as I type this!

I just love the pyramid concept.  Since I prefer heavier weights with fewer reps this is perfect for me.  And the premixes rock!  I love that Cathe's is adding this concept into more of the videos!
