I have been using this dvd so much lately. I don't know why I didn't pull it from my collection sooner. It's straight forward moderate to heavy weight training. It's quick and thorough. Love it! Beats so much of the new stuff out there right now.

Excellent tape. Cathe encourages to set your own weight. Most exercises 2/3 sets of 10 set at a steady pace with plenty of recovery time. Nothing fancy but it has allowed to go heavier gradually.

What can I say about these routines that hasn't been said? I was a "firm believer" for 10 years and started to find the routines boring and less challenging, so I did some investigating and found Cathe. The routines are astounding and my only reqret is that I didnt make the switch much earlier. I am now an avid fan of Cathe and my goal is to slow accumulate all of the DVD routines. Cathe rocks!!!!!
