I completed the whole DVD this morning and I do feel the burn everywhere. I agree with the previous reviews, this workout really worked my body like no other workout. Thanks Cathe. Your workouts are the best!!

I just did the Drill Max workout for the first time. I could hardly keep up and I workout everday. Cathe really pushed me and worked my body in ways that have never been worked My sweat was just pouring off by body, which of course felt great. I know that continually doing this workout I will build up the stamina to complete the entire workout. Cathe you are awesome instrutor. I can't stress that enough!!!

I just got this and the other two (low impact circuit and body max2). I did Drill Max today and wow, what a workout! These are my first cardio dvd's from Cathe. I normally do her lifting ones. I am a college runner and this workout made me work (I also did Butts and Guts yesterday and i am still sore from that). This video definately deserves all 5 stars from me!
You do need a lot of space if you are going to put a lot of effort into your workout when you do the jumps and bounds, but it's so worth it! :) The push ups on the stability ball are very hard and I couldn't stay on the ball from all the sweat making me slip off it.
I was looking for something to tax me completely. I did The Firm workouts years ago and now they seem way too light for me. This workout was just what I was needing. So if you need something new to kick your butt, this will do it!

I'm new to Cathe's workouts, and this is one of the first that I picked up, and it's also one of my favorites. The whole workout is so much fun, and I especially love the ball circuit. I felt like I was a kid again while playing with that ball. Who knew, too, that the ball would wind up feeling so heavy. Cathe's emphasis on functional training in this DVD is also great; so many of the moves have a practical component. All in all, a wonderful workout that has made me a convert to Cathe.
