Normal (Cathes voice plus music with singer vocals)
Instrumental music (Cathes voice plus instrumental music)

Triple Tracks Audio lets you enjoy your Cathe DVDs in different ways. If you dont like sound-a-like, now you can play just the instrumental version. If you prefer to play your own music you can select the vocals only option. Hi Cathe, I love all your workout dvds I have about 30 of them.  Anyway I would like to see another spinning workout with oldies music. your earlier dvds have great oldies. When it comes to spinning the music is what gets you through it Also I am 61 years old so oldies would be fun. I am sure there are other older adults who would love that too. So keep that in mind if you do another spinnig dvd. Thank you for all the great workouts.

The music is great, the cast is great and the workout had sweat poring out of me.  I had a cold towel on my neck mid-way.  Each spin video gets better than the next.

This is my favorite of Cathe's 3 cycle workouts.  Lots of fast paces in this one.  Your quads will be talking for sure.  Very challenging with super motivating music.

This is similar to Cathe's other spin workouts in terms of intensity & actually might pump it up a notch or two. Lots of standing work, so your quads will be burning. Good variety--hill work, tempo, fast spinning, etc. I loved the tabata section (to me, that was one of the easier parts, probably because the time flew by & you knew you had short recovery segments). The music was motivating, as well.
