Low Impact Circuit is a 75 minute intermediate to advanced low-impact total bodyworkout that Cathe has designed to be done on a 6 or 8 inch step. If you're looking for a workout that is joint friendly, but still challenging, then this workout is for you. Equipment used in this workout includes: a long step, dynaband, light dumbbells and a barbell with a fixed weight. Here is the breakdown of Low Impact Circuit:

Warm-up - 8 min.

...There was this wonderful workout. I have always loved the "Step + Weight" format, and this workout will have you sweating buckets in no time.  Choreography is just complicated enough, and VERY intense despite being "low impact."  And don't miss the Bonus Cardio chapter tacked on to the end - another Cathe Winner!

Wonderful Low impact step November 17, 2013

I love this step wo. it is the one I did after I did Lowmax. So this is the second dvd I ever did of Cathe.I loved it because the music was so fun the choreography was fun and not heard to catch on to. I think I did it three times before it was perfect right on. But to me that isn't bad when it is this fast pace. I was used to slower one, so this one was a change for the better. I need to dig this one out again!!

My favorite routines! October 7, 2012

I LOVE this DVD.  I finally "graduated" to an intermediate level and it's keeping me challenged as well as being super FUN! Some days I just want cardio, some days I want the whole shebang, some days I just want to strength train and the premixes allow me to easily to all of that.  Two of the four step routines in here are the best out of all the Cathe routines I've tried yet, and I was able to easily master all the routines in a week.  I just ordered the new Low Impact Series but I'm sure I'll sticking with this DVD for a while and going back to it often.  Thanks Cathe for making another stellar workout.

NOTE: I am almost 100 pounds overweight (lost 30 already!) and have bad knees so if I can do this DVD just about anyone can!!)

This is one of Cathe's best. The step routine segments are so fun and really get you sweating and also get that heart rate up. The Premixes are awesome. I will definitely be reaching for this DVD a lot. Awesome work Cathe!
