Low Impact Circuit is a 75 minute intermediate to advanced low-impact total bodyworkout that Cathe has designed to be done on a 6 or 8 inch step. If you're looking for a workout that is joint friendly, but still challenging, then this workout is for you. Equipment used in this workout includes: a long step, dynaband, light dumbbells and a barbell with a fixed weight. Here is the breakdown of Low Impact Circuit:

The music in this workout is fun, the steps are easy to learn (and I am not good with choreography) and the added weight training segments leave you drowning in your own sweat. No dread. Just pure fun fun fun. I love using this just for cardio - 42 minutes start to finish and the time flies by `cos the music is just so darn motivating.

Wow! work your entire body in one workout February 9, 2010

What I love about this workout is that it covers cardio and weight.  This DVD is perfect to loose weight and tight your entire body.  I grab this DVD when I want to do a little bit of every thing.  It is a long workout so you get a good sweat.  Love it.

I did this for the first time today and am hooked.  I only will have time to do it on the weekends, but the premixes will let me do other variations of it during the weekday.  The step routines are effective and basic. Right now I need low impact.  The weight circuits are challenging enough and love the band work.  This was truly fun to do and I enjoyed the music also.  There just is not anyone as great as Cathe to workout with.

Cathe is THE BEST workout instructor ever!!! I am so glad I found her for body building, step & cardio!! (I also do power, vinyasa yoga and wanted to add some cross training cardio and weights to it) Her DVD's are superior and like mining gold! This is my first step dvd I've ever done and my gosh is it fun and challenging! The music is amazing and motivating (this is one of many of her trademarks with her dvd's), the choreography for this dvd is simple enough so as not to be confusing to a new stepper but very creative and challenging so it is incredibly fun and sweat producing for a beginner and intermediate. This is one amazing workout and I can't get enough of her!! She is now my go to instructor for my cardio and weights!! AWESOME!!!

Not only does this dvd spike up your heart rate, the music and blast's are loads of fun.  Its easy to do and the premix's ROCK!!!  Dont think twice, ORDER IT!
