I LOVE this DVD. I finally "graduated" to an intermediate level and it's keeping me challenged as well as being super FUN! Some days I just want cardio, some days I want the whole shebang, some days I just want to strength train and the premixes allow me to easily to all of that. Two of the four step routines in here are the best out of all the Cathe routines I've tried yet, and I was able to easily master all the routines in a week. I just ordered the new Low Impact Series but I'm sure I'll sticking with this DVD for a while and going back to it often. Thanks Cathe for making another stellar workout.
NOTE: I am almost 100 pounds overweight (lost 30 already!) and have bad knees so if I can do this DVD just about anyone can!!)

Tough and Fun!

This is one of Cathe's best. The step routine segments are so fun and really get you sweating and also get that heart rate up. The Premixes are awesome. I will definitely be reaching for this DVD a lot. Awesome work Cathe!

The music in this workout is fun, the steps are easy to learn (and I am not good with choreography) and the added weight training segments leave you drowning in your own sweat. No dread. Just pure fun fun fun. I love using this just for cardio - 42 minutes start to finish and the time flies by `cos the music is just so darn motivating.

Wow! work your entire body in one workout

What I love about this workout is that it covers cardio and weight. This DVD is perfect to loose weight and tight your entire body. I grab this DVD when I want to do a little bit of every thing. It is a long workout so you get a good sweat. Love it.

Great workout!

I did this for the first time today and am hooked. I only will have time to do it on the weekends, but the premixes will let me do other variations of it during the weekday. The step routines are effective and basic. Right now I need low impact. The weight circuits are challenging enough and love the band work. This was truly fun to do and I enjoyed the music also. There just is not anyone as great as Cathe to workout with.
