Best Low Impact Yet! August 17, 2016

This is Cathe's best low impact cardio workout yet.  It is divided into two parts which can be done individually or together.  I particularly like the first workout because it is pure cardio with athletic drills.  The second workout has some toning mixed in more like Cardio Supersets.   After years of high impact, I try to stick to low and medium impact now.  I really appreciate Cathe's effort to put high intensity with lower impact.  The video blends well with Legs Lift It for a longer workout.

I love both of these workouts. I thought with how short they were in time that it would not be a great workout. WRONG!! Don't let the low impact fool you, they are intense and great for cardio. Lots of premixes that offer variety. Both also have a fun factor, not dread factor.

First time: Did Impact One during lunch break. Then later at night the abs bonus (pleasant surprise!) followed by Impact Two. Completed the rounds very first time without stumbling through it! Sweated buckets and loved the upbeat music. Both are short (around 30 minutes) but incredibly intense, but not dreadful. Felt in control the whole time, with tons of energy.  I actually liked Impact Two better, which can be done when you are tired. Impact One demands more energy. Loved both the first time! And two abs bonuses - incredible DVD!

Cathe really did it well here once again the new moves and creative workout made the time fly!  I started with a premix of both low impact hit's back to back right at the start.....WOW!  The best part is I have low disc problems and it did not hurt my low back at all.  I felt invigorated and not exhausted.  The music was smack on and I enjoyed it to the MAX!  Cathe did it again!
