Cathe Friedrich's Pyramid Lower + Upper Body DVD
This at-home weight training DVD Includes two separate weight workouts: Pyramid Upper Body and Pyramid Lower Body. Both of these workouts focus on the full pyramid system and supersets to maximize your muscle building and body sculpting potential. In these pyramid workouts you will do multiple sets of an exercise with varying reps and weight selections as you work your way up and back down the pyramid. This will totally fatigue your muscles as you move quickly between sets. Strength training is an excellent edition to any weight-loss or fitness regimen. As we build lean muscle we burn more calories, shed unwanted body fat, and transform our bodies. These strength training workouts were designed to increase lean muscle mass, shape, and sculpt the entire body using a variety of weights as well as some added stability ball segments for an additional challenge. On the upper body DVD your stability ball segment will focus on a mix of traditional and non-traditional ab and core work to target and tone the midsection while also promoting better overall posture. In the Pyramid Lower Body workout you will incorporate the stability ball as well as ankle weights for a challenging floorwork segment.
