I love this workout as I found myself revisiting it every week...It is challenging. The pace is high as per description.As I have been doing for a while, I decided to go high on the weight I am lifting and this makes it even more challenging as there is litterally no time to rest therefore more calorie burnt! This workout has helped me break a plateau.The music is excellent,the one played during barbell curl does keep me going without paying attention to the burn! I would highly recommend this workout to anyone willing to combine cardio and endurance.

This workout is amazing, It has taken me a while to work up to doing the whole DVD and still i use light weights. IT has really shaped my body and definately my legs which burn, I love it and do this 2-3 times a week combined with some other dvd's. Very easy to follow..

My 'go to' for full body workout

Love this workout. It is one of my fovorites. Just when your fatigued in one area you move to something else to give your body that rest and than your ready to hit it again the next round. As one other reviewer stated those side line tricep push ups put you in your place and are a 'Killer',but after dong this a few times and you can do them its a great feeling.

This is one of my faves. Very good intense workout. Challenging, but not impossible. Easy to follow routine great for all levels.

Love at first run through

Could this be what the Firm was always missing? Although this workout contained all the toughness of a traditional Cathe workout, the flavor reminded me of a good old fashioned Firm classic. The cardio sections were tough enough to get my heart rate up there, yet the chereography very basic and the weight work kicked my butt. It also a wonderful thing when you can love a workout the first time through :)
