This 72 minute at-home, total body, metabolic exercise DVD will challenge your strength and endurance with both cardio and strength training exercises sequenced to keep your metabolism spiked so that you burn more calories and melt away unwanted body fat! Drill Max is an athletic circuit training workout that mixes the fitness flavors of agility training, boot camp conditioning, and functional weight training in one workout. After an extended warmup that includes some basic step aerobics cardio, you'll work your way through 6 unique drill segments.
