I just received this workout last month and I love it, especially if I'm short on time and want a work out incorporating weight training, which I'm starting to focus more on. I'm 47, 124 pounds, was 135 in November when starting out with Cathe. I love all the ab work and leaner legs, and kickbox - Great. I feel this kickbox routine really works my core, which has been a concern of mine. I feel the aerobic section is just enough to work up a sweat and combining the weight routine, I feel it's a well-rounded workout that I'll be able to really tone and define my muscles, but it doesn't leave me feeling exhausted. I've been working hard on the behind, so I've been rotating leaner legs with Butts & Gutts - Favorite - I'm drenched afterwards - Athletic training lower body with either muscle endurance lower body or STS total body lower body. With doing this rotating, my muscles continually hurt in places I'm not used to...I LOVE it!

This is a great series and each workout can be done individually too. I use various workouts from this DVD a lot and it's well worth the price. The workouts are tough, the music is great, and the fun factor is really high. Even the ab/core workouts are great. Love it, love it, love it.

Cross Train Express is without a doubt one of my all time Cathe favorites.
For the advanced exerciser with little time on her/his hands, this series will keep you at your best in the least amount of time.
All 5 of the cardio days are efficient, fun and effecitve.
The icing on the cake is "Lean Legs".
I think it is probably the most challenging lower body workout of them all.
This is one series I always look forward to having in my weekly rotations.
