This one has everything!!! Done all at once, the whole 97 minutes, makes for a doozy of a workout. Broken into it's components, it's a wonderfully versatile workout. You can do legs, you can do upper body, you can bring it together to make a full body workout with no cardio, you can do steady cardio only, you can do cardio with intervals, and then abs as well. And any combo you can think of!!! Requires minimal equipment - a step (must have), a couple sets of DB's (must have) a mat (optional) and a stability ball (optional, but nice) And it's fun!

I have alot of Cathe's DVDs but if I were stranded on a desert island this is the one I would take - there are just so many premixe and mix-and-match options that this is dozens of workouts on one DVD, pick and choose what you feel like doing or do the entire thing, which is exhausting! I love this one, and the music will motivate you on your laziest days.

This workout is way more than it appears to be. I still haven't mastered all the combo's but it's a lot of fun trying and a real calorie burner. My heart rate stays up around 144+. I look forward to doing this workout each time. As usual, Cathe delivers. This is worth every penny and then some. A must must must.

One of Cathe's Best |

One of Cathe's best workout's. The cardio part is fun and will get your heart pounding. Body Max 2 has all kinds of premixes that make it almost like having five different workouts in one. Body Max 2 is cardio, cardio circuits, then weights. The cardio blast is 58 minutes of non stop step aerobics that is so fun you almost forget you are working. The scrambled eggs is great, step combo 1, power circuit 1 w/weights; step combo 2, power circuit 2 w/weights; step combo 3 power circuit 3 w/weights; step combo 1,2,3, step combo 1,2,3 again, power circuit 4 w/weights; stretch. The boot camp premix is cardio mixed with weights and abs-power circuit 1, leg weights, back & abs; power circuit 2,leg weights, chest & abs; power circuit 3, leg weights, shoulders & abs; power circuit 4, leg weights, biceps & abs; step combo 1,2 & 3,leg weights, triceps, & abs; stretch. Cardio and weights is step combo 1, back & chest weights; step combo 2 biceps &tricep weights; step combo 3 shoulders & abs.

I am in great shape, and I cannot do this entire workout in one session (I break it up into two). The music is awesome, too! My husband was going to break the TV if he had to listen to "Buttercup" one more time (from one of her earlier videos). I recommend this one to anyone looking for an exciting workout. (written summer 2009)
EDIT: By far my favorite video. Great for those days when I want to push myself hard yet have fun.
