Muscle Max Workout DVD, approximately 72 minutes in length, is a total body, moderate to heavy weight training workout. This workout focuses on the effective basics and is sequenced in a manner to deliver results. While this workout can be done 2, but no more than 3, times per week on its own, it can also be used in conjunction with the Gym Style workouts as a way of targeting all the body parts a second time per week. Just a couple of suggestions, but by no means the only way to use these workouts.

I spent years as devoted BodyPump fan. I went to gym regularly but no results since I was afraid to up my weights:( I was getting their dvds on ebay for like $100 a dvd only to find out that they were fake copies when they arrived. I lost so much money and got tired of them after a while because they just kept changing the music from one dvd to another. Now I discovered Cathe few months ago (on YouTube) and I cannot get enough of her stuff. So professional and so well done! I am nuts about her step workouts I do one every single morning.  I just finished MuscleMax, I doubt I will be able to walk straight tomorrow but it feels so good!!!

I have TONS of total-body strengthening workouts but this one is hands down the BEST.  It gets all the major muscle groups including core and the combo of weights and band gets everything in every way.  It is a tough workout but thoroughly enjoyable with a great pace. I successfully adapted it to not use a barbell or step with no problems.  Cathe tells you what weights she is using so you don't waste time guessing what to pick up. The perfect DVD for days you want to feel strong all over! I love it!!

Excellent Total Body Workout July 17, 2013

Cathe delivers again! This is an awesome total body workout. It's a weight based circuit workout that cycles through all the major muscle groups - legs (twice), chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, and core work. This workout doesn't miss anything. I felt each muscle group was completely fatigued by the end, and I was very skeptical about the lower body portions. I kept thinking, "how am I going to fatigue my lower body with only four exercises?" But, why oh why do I doubt Cathe? The plie squats brought me to TOTAL fatigue, and only one other workout (Cathe's Gym Style Legs - the overall thigh burner) has ever done that for me. And, she managed to do it with only one 15 pound weight! When it was over my legs were shaking so bad I couldn't even walk to put my weight down. Definitely get this workout! If you put in the time and lift heavy - you will get results.

This workout is aptly named. A great total body workout that pushes you to the max. Love it. 40 minutes in I am grunting and pushing myself. The next day I feel all the muscles in my body, even my obliques.

Definitely a Cathe workout October 15, 2012

OMG Cathe's crazy! This is by far one of the best full body workouts I've ever done. It doesn't matter how advanced you are, if you use enough weight this will keep you challenged and will give you incredible results. The squats and lunges alone (especially those darn little pulses)even without weights, will leave you begging for mercy.
