These handles were originally designed for our STS 2.0 workout program as an option for those of you that have cable machines, but at the last minute, and after we had already had these handles manufactured, we decided not to show this option in the workout. These handles can also be used with our Boss Bands for certain exercises extending the length of the band and making the grip more comfortable.
