Cathe has some really tough workouts, but Pylo 1 packs one of the toughest blows for a short amount of time. I'm glad it's not longer because I couldn't finish it. The moves are dynamic and the breaks small. No time for water. I add a core exercise to the end and I feel so proud of myself when I'm done. I confess, though, my one armed burpees are laughable.

Toughest Hiit workouts ever! September 3, 2015

Be prepared! I found these two workouts to be even tougher than Tabatasize! Short recovery times combined with lots of burpees and tuck jumps make Plyo 1 a real calorie burner and upped my fitness level in no time. Initially, Plyo 2 had to be done with only 1 riser for me to survive! Fantastic workout for targeting your cardio goals in the shortest time. Nice variety of movements, most not seen in other Cathe workouts. If you are game, this is great!

Both of these workouts are intense but awesome. The moves are pretty basic but it's the pace and intensity you put into it that gets the job done. Be prepared to huff and puff to better fitness.

I can't tell you how much of a challenge I felt and how fast the time went on this one.  Great easy moves but tough and fast paced......just what it was intended for. Getting the job done.  Definitely no dread factor here. Ten Plus!  Keep them coming Cathe we appreciate all the hard work and the great team you work with to put these dvds together.
