This intense upper body strength workout focuses on exhausting the chest, triceps and shoulder muscle groups. You'll completely work each muscle group before moving on to the next. Most exercises will consist of three heavy sets with a goal of 12 or less reps per set. After the third set you'll 'hit it' with an intense finisher set to really fire up those muscles! You'll be using heavy weights in this workout and should be going to failure on at least some of the sets in each muscle group. Intensity matters so always make sure that you are choosing a weight that challenges you!

I love this intense, heavy weight workout. If you are short on time, you can still get the best workout in. The finishers put it over the top, but in a good way. Many premixes to fit your needs.

Cathe, you are something!  This is tough and I love the new moves she's incorporated here.  Yes, there are the old standards especially on the chest excercises, but she does add slight variations with bench height, etc.  

The time flies by and you are through before you know it.  This workout will allow even an advanced exerciser to have room to work up to the heavy weight and number of reps.

Love this one for the time.....not so long and it is intense strength!  Gets the job done in half the time.  Boy you feel the pump. Sometimes I avoid upper body only because of the time.  I tend to like to do the whole body when I do weights.  With this one and the other upper body....no problem.  The premixes are great and you Work!
