Love the contrast training March 23, 2015

I love this workout for legs because of the contrast training. My legs felt strong for days after this workout. It has just enough cardio to make sure you can still lift the heavy weights and get through the entire workout. Another great from Cathe.

Loved, loved this workout!  By the end my legs were exhausted! Worked every muscle! I agree with the previous reviewer and also love the new moves. I've been doing Cathe workouts for years and she just keeps getting better!

This one I got a great leg workout and loved the new moves. Again, the time flys and music on all of these workouts are great!  I am no novice to working out with Cathe and believe me my legs felt DOMS the next day! Fun, fast and efficient.   I would get the whole set everyone.....this DVD package is the best of fun and function and the time is fairly short, but with so many premixes you have endless variety!
