You don't always need weights for a great strength routine and this at home resistance band workout DVD will prove it! This stretch band workout dvd requires nothing more than your own body weight and resistance bands making it a great low impact, travel-friendly routine! Throughout this exercise band workout DVD you will tone and tighten your entire body with exercises for both upper and lower body using your own body weight and rubber resistance with your band, loop and tube. Rubber resistance is an excellent training tool as it keeps resistance on your muscles through the full range of motion of an exercise with a lower amount of force on your joints. You'll be working hard and changing your body in new and challenging ways while also being gentler on your joints. This total body workout DVD is geared toward the higher level intermediate exerciser, but can easily be taken to an advanced level by choosing elastic bands with greater resistance and/or adding on one of the included bonus options.

This low impact DVD includes a Calorie Crush high impact cardio bonus for those looking for an added cardio challenge.
