Ouch, the blue one broke :-( |

First of all I must say I love everything about Cathe's workouts and I own many of them. I look forward to working out with her 6 nights a week. The firewalker bands sure beat tying a long band in a knot around your ankles. When the green one got a little easier for me I took out the blue one for more of a challenge (which it was) and have been using it for a few weeks. However tonight during Athletic Training workout it busted on me. I was shocked. I'm truly not that strong. I will be ordering another package of loops as I need the blue one, but was disappointed it broke so early on me.

Great Product!! |

I purchased these bands to use with a workout titled "High and Tight". They worked great for that workout! Also I tried using them for firewalkers and I felt them!!
The loops are the perfect intensity. They are well made and comfortable to wear. I'm very pleased with my purchase!

Excellent bands! Better than the Versa Brand! |

I love these bands! Not only are they nicer looking than other brands, they are also more comfortable! The bands are wider, almost double than my versa loops and bc of that, they are far more comfortable to wear. They don't roll down nearly as much as the versas do. The texture of them is also nice and I find that it allows the bands to not slip as much as other bands that I own. They also grip better on your shoes.
Included in the packaging was a little 2 sided index card with exercises that you can do with the bands for upper and lower body. For the price, there is nothing on the market that comes close to comparing to these bands. This is now the 3rd item that I have purchsed under the Cathe Brand Name and all 3 I am very pleased with. These bands would be so easy to produce cheaply much like the bands we've all gotten as a "bonus" in other instructors DVDs. Not these! Worth the money and I'd buy them again in a heart beat!
