I just received my ICE bundle today and tried this kickboxing workout. Wow, it packed a punch! This is the first time I have ever really felt my abs working a lot during a kickboxing session without making a concentrated effort. The moves are designed to really get to your core. I have serious foot problems and have to be very careful to keep jumping to a minimum and it is easy to modify and still keep your heart rate up. Cathe is a pro at sequencing her kickboxing moves. The triceps and abs sections were also very challenging. I'm going to be sore! (Did not do the Blizzard Blast because I was out of time.)

This workout has it all -- great music, great workout, great blizzard blast and I love working my triceps.

This is a workout I look forward to doing!

I really thought this workout was going to be easy and use it on an off day. That is not the case. This workout leaves me completely sweaty and feeling like Ive had an awesome workout. This is one of my favorites. Cathe never disappoints!!

I've never been a lover of Kickbox workouts, but love this one!  I truly enjoyed ever part of this workout and can "feel" it after I'm finished.

I've worked out with Cathe for 15 years and since I'm getting older I decided to try the intermediate series.  It's still a great workout and you can make it harder if needed.

Thanks for another great workout series, Cathe!

Awesome Kickbox workout! December 20, 2015

Over the past year, I have lost 45 pounds using Cathe On Demand, I love all of the workouts, especially kickboxing.  I suffer from foot pain, so I usually have to modify to low impact, I find nearly all of  Cathe's workouts are easy to modify.

This workout was perfect for my fitness level.  Easy to modify (no jacks for me) and you can make it as intense as you want.

I loved this workout and can't wait to try the rest of the series.  

My favorite part about Cathe's workouts is that she encourages strength and fitness, not  getting that perfect "bikini bod" or getting sexier (not that being strong is not sexy).  I feel stronger and healthier after every workout-thank you Cathe!
